A bar carries a second slot on no more than 10 days a month.
Your coin alone on every bar.
No coin goes dark more than 5 days a month.
Nobody holds the bar. The quote falls toward the reserve until somebody wants it, and never below.
A full day costs the pool nothing. Coins pay for hours delivered to them, so on a full day they are charged nothing and their money lasts a day longer.
